Pebbles channels Azure Laser to melt a target while shredding its Magic Resist, and Teal Buff speeds up recasts the longer she channels. It sits slightly better than lobby average in Master+ (4.33 average place), so it's a solid, easy B-tier line rather than a top-4 lock.
When to play: Commit when you hit early Pebbles copies and are holding AP and mana components for Jeweled Gauntlet and Blue Buff. It's best when few or no other players are taking Pebbles. Riftbeast units like Cinderling, Scuttlecrab, Murkwolf and Gromp on your opening board are a good sign.
